Question:

Roadmaster RM88400 came with different fuse than shows in installation. Install bay product. What is proper way to install?

The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles, part # RM-88400 comes with an inline fuse that is attached to the red wire from the relay to the fuse panel under the hood on your 2017 Wrangler Unlimited.

I have attached a link to an installation video for this relay that shows in great detail how to install the relay. At about the 11 minute 30-second mark it shows what fuse in the fuse panel on your Jeep is used and also how to attach the inline fuse for the relay.

If you have a different fuse or wiring than what is shown in the video please let me know and I can check for any changes in the kit you are installing.
