Choosing between jounce-style springs, coil helper springs, and air springs depends on why you need them in the first place. All three improve your ride, absorb shock, and will help prevent your 2007 Honda Odyssey from sagging. However, the jounce-style are not engaged when the vehicle is not loaded and are there for additional support when it's needed. Air springs however are always being used to help your ride. Also, the psi can be adjusted based on the amount of weight in the vehicle. So you have more control. Coil springs are always activated and help support the existing suspension all the time however, cannot be adjusted like air springs.

So if you need suspension enhancement for varying loads the air springs are a better option. Or if you're always carrying the same load and need more support the coil springs are the way to go. But if you only need the added support on occasion when you have a trailer connected then the jounce-style springs will be what you need. Jounce-style and coil springs are easier to install becuase there are no air lines that will need to be run like with air bags.
