I am looking for a trailer hitch for a 2016 Mercedes GL 350 Bluetec. I only see them for 2014, will that fit on my vehicle? thanks.

If your 2016 Mercedes-Benz is a GLE 350 (and does NOT have the Active Curve System) then Curt does offer a hitch fit in a 2-inch Class III type, part # C13294. Draw-Tite also offers a 2-inch hitch for this vehicle, part # 76141. Both hitches are no-drill installs with included hardware, but both are fairly involved. I have linked the instructions for both hitches for your review. These also indicate the tools required.
If your 2016 is not a GLE 350 please let me know the specific version you have.
