Can the weather tech cargo liner fold with the power third row seats? If not can it be stowed behind the third row?

If you have third row seating the WeatherTech Cargo Mat part # WT40489 would not be the mat for you. This mat is designed for 2016 Ford Explorers that do not have third row seating.
You instead would need the part # WT40488 which is a fit for your Explorer's seat arrangement.
