have the following mirror on left side of 2010 silverado chev 1500 part # fond on mirror is 10952989 part # fond on parts to install 070809 also 109 01 -2 i need a couple of the screws to hold mirror in place mirror is still good shape hold down screw keeps getting broke with different drivers mainly me

The K-Source Snap & Zap # KS80900 are confirmed to fit your 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 however they do not use a screw to secure the mirror to your truck.
If the mirrors you have are # CM10900, or # 10901 for just the driver's side, which is sounds like might be the case from the numbers you provided, the replacement hardware is # CM10903.
