Question:
I have a 1999 ford ranger xlt I just bought a snowsport HD plow . Whats the part number for that 2inch front hitch ?Im not sure

The front mount hitch you are looking for that is a confirmed fit for your 1999 Ford Ranger is the CURT Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver 2", # C31063. To install, you wil need to remove the skid shield. Access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool. You may need to trim the front air dam and/or fascia depending on your particular model of Ranger. I've attached the installation details for you.
This front mounted hitch will work great with your Snowsport HD plow.
