Im looking for the lightest cargo carrier for my 2012 Fiat Pop. Also, which cargo net would you recommend to use if needing to hold down some small luggage bags? Thank you.

For a trailer hitch to use a cargo carrier with your 2012 Fiat 500 Pop you would want the Curt part # C11363. Then for a hitch cargo carrier the lightest weight option is the Curt part # C18145 which you referenced that weighs 29 lbs.
For a net the part # C18200 is the best fitting one that would work well.
