I believe you are referring to the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock with 8' Cable, # HRLHPC2. Yes, you absolutely can use the same locking hitch like # e98880, the same locking cable like # e98891, or the same combination of the two like the # HRLHPC2 for different bike racks or other accessories.
