Good afternoon, Im inquiring about the derale 13502 transmission cooler to install on a 2001 4wd toyota tacoma with a 3.4l supercharged v6. My truck use 10mm 3/8 cooler line. I would like to know your input on this cooler, to see if it would be the right choice. Thanks for time,

For your 2001 Tacoma I recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, part # D13502. This is a Class lll cooler that measures 11-inches wide, 7-1/4 inches tall, and 7/8-inches deep. This cooler is recommended for mid-size cars, SUVs, and trucks like your Tacoma.
I have attached a drawing that shows how the hoses need to be run when installing the cooler. If you find your hose is not long enough to attach to the new cooler, you may need an additional Derale Insta-Dapt Radiator Adapter, part # D13004 and an additional length of hose, part # D13003. Additional hose clamps, part # D13008 can also be purchased.
