I have an older Yakima Hold Up gray colored will this work with it?

The first generation of the Yakima HoldUp was made in 2008/2009. Replacement cable # Y8890202 is indeed the correct replacement for those models. It also fits the 2009 to 2012 models. The only models it does not fit are the 2013 to present ones such as # Y02443.
