Question:
Hi I have a 2008 F-350 Dully. I pull a 35 5th wheel. I am considering the R4Tech system but am concerned about lateral control. I am concerned that when pulling the trailer a side wind will cause the back of the truck to move sideways. It is rock solid now.

Expert Reply:
Since the R4Tech systems have been discontinued, I recommend going with a more simple solution that will provide suspension enhancement and help to reduce sway. Take a look at the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway-Control Kit, # SSA10. These springs attach to the existing leaf springs on the truck and provide 30 percent sway reduction and have a capacity up to 3,000 pounds. I have included a link to the installation details below.
I have also added a link below to all of the available suspension enhancement products for the 2008 Ford F-350. You will need to select your vehicle style from the pull down menu located above the first product on the page.
