Is there an adapter that can be used with a Yakima Hold Up 1 1/4 hitch mount to allow it to be used with a 2inch hitch receiver? Thanks,

You will need the Yakima Replacement Spine Assembly for 2 inch HoldUp Bike Racks, item # 8890277, to replace the shank on your 1-1/4 inch HoldUp rack and make it work correctly in your 2 inch hitch.
As an alternative you could use the Hitch Reducer 2 inch to 1-1/4 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver, item # HT02, to reduce the 2 inch hitch to 1-1/4 inch for use of the HoldUp
