Question:
1998 Dodge Ram Pickup Laramie V8 Magnum Does this part fit this truck? Pk11893-11933?

Expert Reply:
I did some checking and the part of # PK11893-11933 with the square connector is not listed as a fit for the 1998 Dodge Ram trucks. The way to add a 7-Way would be to use # HM42115 to first add a 4-Way and then use # ETBC7 to add a 7-Way, retain use of the 4-Way, and have the wiring and accessories needed to install a brake controller if needed.
I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you. If you also want to add a brake controller I recommend # 90885 because it is easy to set up and use and it is reliable.
