It looks like the wheels on your 2008 Forest River Sierra have the 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern so # QT545C would not fit because it is for the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. The 6-lug version of the cover is # QT655C.
There is also a black one you can use, # QT655B, and a white one, # PXQT655WHN.
And for 15 inch wheels with 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern we have trim ring # QT655CLO.
