Question:
Im interested in a trailer hitch for a Lexus RX 350. I want it to have a 1 and 1/4 inch receiver and tongue only needs to be 200lbs with maybe 1,500 max tow. I pull a small utility trailer and use it for my bike rack. I would also like a lighting kit with it so the SUV can connect with the trailer lights. Can I get that or do I have to get 2inch receiver then look for some type of converter.

We can help you with a hitch and wiring harness for your 2015 Lexus RX 350.
Since only 2-inch Class III hitches are made for your RX 350 you can use a reducer sleeve # HT02 to convert the 2-inch receiver of Curt hitch # C13143 down to the 1-1/4-inch size you need for your bike rack. Having the extra capacity of the Class III hitch gives you a nice safety margin since it can handle tongue weight (TW) up to 600-lbs. A hitch installation video is linked for you.
You'll also need ball mount # C45030 and a hitch ball like 2-inch ball # 63845 for towing your trailer.
If your Lexus has the factory tow package you can use harness # 118252; installation is shown in the linked video. If you do not have the tow package then instead you can use the ZCI harness kit # 119250KIT. This unique zero-contact harness uses snap-on sensors that clip on the car's taillight wires and require no cutting into the car's wiring. It can easily be removed and re-installed in another vehicle. An install video is linked for you.
