Do you have a system that can be set up to allow me to tie into the fob locking system in my 2016 f150. So that when I lock my tail gate, my tonneau cover also locks.

For a locking tailgate setup for your 2016 Ford F-150 we have the Pop and Lock part # PAL8250 which is a confirmed fit. As long as the tonnea cover can only be opened when the tailgate is open this lock setup will also lock the tonneau.
This lock allows you to control the locks of the tailgate with the key FOB as well.
