Trailer Hitch to Carry Mobility Scooter on the Back of a 2014 Keystone Cougar

Question:
Hitch for 2014 24ft Keystone Cougar trailer I have a mobility scooter that I would like to put on the back of my trailer. The scooter and rack together weight about 400lbs. If the ones that you have which one would have the best application. Thank you

Curt trailer hitch # C13701 is one option. It will fit frame widths from 18 inches to 51 inches. Frame width is measured from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other. This hitch is rated for 500 pounds tongue weight so it can handle the combined 400 pounds of the scooter and carrier.
I recommend first checking the underside of your Keystone Cougar to determine if this hitch will fit or if any modification will need to be done in order for this or any hitch to fit. If you have the hitch welded on it should be done by a qualified professional welder.
