The RV Tail Lights, part # 30-92-001 and part # 30-92-003 may work great on your 1996 Keystone.

The only way to know for sure is to take some measurements of the lights you have mounted currently. These are a surface-mount 3-wire light that measures 8-1/2 inches long, 4-1/2 inches tall and 2-1/8 inches deep. The mounting holes have a center-to-center distance of 7-1/8 inches. These lights use replaceable bulb type 1157.
