The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2550, will fit on your 2003 Ford F-250 4x4 with 4 inch lift. You can use Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite # F2371 for 4 inch lift. I contacted the Manufacturer's Tech Support, and they said the blocks may or may not be an issue based on their location. They said that on the blocks there is a metal tongue stop that needs to be in a factory location for these Ride-Rite Springs to fit. If they are not, the blocks would have to be removed to utilize these air springs.
Another suspension enhancement option that is not effected by lift kits is the RoadActive Suspension Kit, # RAS3611. It has a 2,000 lb capacity. This system converts basic leaf springs into mechanically active suspension that eliminates axle wrap and wheel hop. It has a very simple bolt-on design that won't be effected by lift kits or blocks. This is also an adjustable system. It will add critical strength to your leaf springs, but will not compromise ride quality.
Neither system will increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity, but they both will increase stability and functionality of your current working suspension.
