Troubleshooting Powerbuilt Digital Torque Adapter Blinking Red Light and Intermittent Display

Question:
My power built is not working. When I set it, It goes up too 58lb. and a reading of 1.0 comes up and the light blink red. If any one can help me I will greatly appreciate the help.

Hows the battery life? What you described sounds like a weak battery.
My contact at Powerbuilt recommended you replace the battery and it will start working again.
