Dimensions of Lippert Components Lift Positions

Question:
How tall is this lift when in the down position.. I have a cabinet that is 30inch H. and how far up does it go?

I spoke to my contact at Lippert and they informed me that the # LC309690 rack on the lift is 30 inches and the size of the TV should limit the stroke.
