The motor of the 5,000 lb rated Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black Item # JET-5000 is rated for 30 amps so that is where it's circuit breaker would be rated at.
