Great news, I have a diagram and found out that for your 2013 Kia Sportage 2.4L 4 Cylinder you will want to mount the Kats Block Heater # KH11812 in the 2nd RR position, shown on the attached diagram. This cartridge-style heater simply clips into the cavity of your engine block.
