Can you tell me what the Max inflation pressure is on this? Also, how much offset, and is it negative or positive? Thank you!

The Dexstar White Mini Mod Wheel # AM20552 you were looking at will have no offset or often known as a zero offset.
The psi rating for a wheel is normally limited by the valve stem installed in the wheel. But in this case Dexstar states that this wheel is rated at 80 psi. A great valve stem for this is the # AM20904.
