What are the Dimensions of Replacement Spacer 853-5874 for the Thule Spare Me Bike Carrier

I have this part in mind for another use and would greatly appreciate overall dimensions if available. Thanks for your time.

I pulled one of the # 853-5874 replacement spacers from the warehouse, and the open side of the spacer is 2 inches wide at the base and 1-1/8 inches tall. The solid side of the spacer is 1-5/8 inches wide.
