I am looking at purchasing a Carpod Walled, Folding Cargo Carrier. Since it blocks the license plate on most vehicles does it need an extra plate on the outside? Also, what padded locks will fit this? Thanks

For a license plate bracket for use on the Carpod Walled Folding Cargo Carrier # M2205-01-02 you can use a product like the Optronics # LP55CB which includes a light. You'll need to supply the hardware to install it. For a lock you can use a padlock that has a 3/8-inch or smaller shackle, such as # ML312D.
