Question:
I am interested in the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2inch Hitches - 2inch Rise/Drop - 10K GTW, 400 lbs TW Code: RM-048-2 for our 2016 MB Sprinter with a Kuat NV bike rack. I believe lowering the rack by two inches will clear the rear doors when opening/closing. Could you recommend a threaded locking pin for this unit? Thank you.

Since the Roadmaster High Low Adapter part # RM-072-2 that you referenced has a solid shank the type of anti-rattle device you would need is one like the # RM-061 which clamps around the shank and the opening of the hitch. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
You should also note that when you use a hitch adapter like the extender you referenced you end up cutting the tongue weight capacity of the hitch in half so you would need to be aware of that as well.
