Question:
I need 7 steel valve stems to fit a HWT Series 03 trailer wheel. The 3200 pound one. I believe the number is 3678656. The hole size is .438 and I will be using it with a TST 507 external TPMS. 80psi minimum pressure

The 80psi rated valve stem for the HWT Series 03 trailer wheels # AM22657 you were looking at is # AM20904.
We do not offer a valve stem for over this rating that will fit the rim hole diameter.
