Question:
I have a 2006 saturn vue, my running lights won work, I have two separate light bulbs. Top are for signaling and the bottom is for brake lights and I have the brown wire connected to the bottom because all lights in rear are on as running light. What am I doing wrong?

Since your 2006 Saturn Vue has separate turn signal circuits from the brake lights you would not be able to hardwire a 4-way directly to the taillights like with the part # 18004 that you referenced.
Instead you would need a harness that has a converter built into it so that the circuits are adapted to what a 4-way requires.
For that we have the part # 118418 which is a confirmed fit and would work well. This plugs in line with your vehicle taillight harnesses and does not require any hardwiring.
