The Redline Trailer Fenders # PF11X35W-2 you were looking at, are designed to fit 15 inch tires.
However they are not specifically designed for particular trailers. The best thing for you to do is to compare the dimensions and mounting dimensions to the ones on your Load Rite boat trailer initially.
The distance between the mounting slots is 35 inches measured from the inside and 41-1/2 inches measured from the outside of the slot.
