The Swagman Pick-Up Truck Bed Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702 will fit your 2007 Ford Ranger without the Stepside Bed. This bike carrier will snap right into your bed and will adjust to fit the width of your bed.
While the Integrated push-button lock secures the rack to your truck bed, you can add a padlock similar to part # 131D on the telescoping arm lever for added security.
