I need a ubolt for a 3inch axel, length needs to be 3inch axel +1 5/8 axel bracket, leaf spring and plate, plus the thickness of the nuts and lock washers. Bolts 1/2 thick. Thank you

Sounds like you are looking for the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit part # CE23003 which is a kit for 3 inch axles, has u-bolt plates and matching nuts. The length of the bolts is 7 inches and the diameter of them are 1/2 inch.
