How Low Would the Bottom Ball of FA42-00-2800 Hang If Adjusted All the Way Down

Question:
Im trying to find out the distance of the hitch that is vertical. I need to know how far down the hitch hangs from the receiver. It is for the 8inch adjustable aluminum hitch

From the top of the shank to the bottom ball on adjustable ball mount # FA42-00-2800 in it's lowest position is approximately 13 inches.
