Replacement Shank Recommendation for a Swagman S64663 Bike Rack

I need a replacement part for bike rack S64663 that I purchased from you a year ago. The S64027 locking pin broke off in the receiver tube and I had to cut it off to get the rack off my truck. So I need a new 2 inch x 2 inch x18 tube for the bike rack.
