Question:
I have the rails and the hitch, it is an RBW LiL Rocker. Can I buy just the custom mounting brackets and hardware for a 2010 Tundra. We are pulling this out of our 2001 Tundra. I do not want the universal kit.

I have a solution for you, but the brackets and hardware for the RBW Lil Rocker are no longer available. The manufacturer, RBW no longer exists. You may be able to find some used parts for it but new parts are no longer available and I wouldn't recommend using used parts to install your fifth wheel hitch.
I recommend using a new installation kit with new rails and brackets. Using a universal kit with rails that it wasn't intended to be used with, like the rails from your Lil Rocker, isn't recommended since the brackets and rails won't match up.
The most economical solution is a semi-custom kit like the Reese Semi-custom Kit for your Toyota Tundra # RP30035-309. It is similar to the universal kit except it's modified with spacers to fit your truck specifically.
A better option is the Curt Custom Kit for the Toyota Tundra # C16468-204. This kit is made specifically for your truck. The brackets mount to the existing holes of your truck's frame which makes installation a lot easier and faster. Once installed the rails are universal and should work just fine with your Lil Rocker.
The installation instructions for both kits are attached for you.
