As long as the towing capacities of your 2010 Ford Focus (check owners manual) and the Curt hitch part # C11319 don't get exceeded you could tow a jet ski trailer.
This hitch has a 2,000 lb trailer weight capacity and 200 lb tongue weight capacity. Typically jet ski trailers are much lighter than that. For a 1-7/8 inch ball mount you would want the part # C45571 or for a 2 inch ball mount part # C45572.
For trailer wiring you then would want the part # 118457.
