If the wheel bolt pattern on the spare tire on your 2016 Jeep is standard(5, 6 or 8-lug), then the Surco Spare-Tire-Mounted Cargo Basket, part # SPSJ4319 will work for you.
This carrier measures 19 inches long x 43 inches wide x 5 inches deep and has a weight capacity of 100-lbs.
The # SPN550 you mentioned is the replacement back plate for the carrier.
