Smallest Trailer Wheel and Tire Diameter for Hub with 5 on 4-1/2 inch Bolt Pattern

Question:
What is the smallest overall tire/wheel combo that will fit on a 5 on 4.5inch trailer hub with no brakes? Looks like the hub is about 6.5.

The smallest wheel diameter we offer that is for hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern is 10 inches. The smallest tire size then would be the 205/65-10 that measures 20.5 inches like the part # AM3H490.
