Unicream powder coated, 14" steel trailer wheel features a 4 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and meets Department of Transportation standards.
Conventional solid-center styling gives your trailer an automotive-style look while keeping compatibility with clip-on full wheel covers or snap-on baby moon hubcaps. That leaves room to change the appearance of your setup later without replacing the wheel itself.
Trailers spend long stretches parked outside where moisture works into exposed steel around the wheel. The Unicream powder coat sits over an e-coat primer to add another layer between the steel and corrosion, keeping your wheels from looking neglected after a season in storage.
The +0.5" offset moves the wheel mounting surface to shift the wheel centerline outward. That positioning can matter when you're working around tight trailer fenders or suspension parts where wheel placement affects usable clearance.
Heavy cargo, equipment, and utility trailers put constant load pressure into the wheel itself during towing and maneuvering. This steel wheel carries up to 1,865 lbs, giving your trailer the support needed for repeated hauling instead of limiting it to light-duty trips.
Wheel failures on the road create problems fast once heat, speed, and trailer weight start working together. This wheel meets Department of Transportation specifications, keeping your trailer equipped with a wheel built for highway towing conditions.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

The exact replacement wheel I was looking for.
I wanted to replace the faded red wheels that came on my Riverside Retro trailer. These were an exact match and fit perfectly. My only minor complaint is both wheels had a couple good sized chips in the paint/powder coating on the lip of the wheel.
Increadibly pleased. etrailer has been a pleasure to work with. Quality product and quality experience. Wheels arrived much quicker than expected, packaged very well with no damage. Quality wheel that take paint well if black is not the desired color. Excellent experience!
Went from 13 in x 4 in to these new 14 in x 5.5 in rims and from 175-70 1075 lb to 175-65 1170 lb tires and load ratings. Sweet ride now with an old spare wheel for an emergency.
etrailer had all the specs I needed to pick out these rims for my utility trailer. Very happy with my upgrade and etrailer.
These rims look good, have a high weight rating and allow use of baby moons. The rims looked good upon delivery with the exception that the edge was slightly bent on one rim - could be shipping or processing. These rims were bought to replace the same type of rim delivered on a 2019 Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser. The original rims worked fine for three years then one rim cracked at a bend a would not longer hold air.
Excellent quality wheel - with nubs to hold a baby moon. Great for vintage trailer restoration projects.
etrailer was able to ship me a new replacement wheel and baby moon hubcaps in four days after experiencing a flat between Miami and Fort Meyers on the Alligator Alley 1600 miles from home! Since I had to drive a mile and a half on the rim to find a safe place to change the flat I decided to replace the wheel . I’ve had two of these wheels on my trailer for over 18,000 miles with no complaints. Thanks George and etrailer for the fast response.
I received help from etrailer on making the correct choice of wheels for my vintage trailer. I did paint them white. I also bought the Baby Moon Caps. I am very happy with them.
Didnt use these for a trailer but rather a 1948 Chev 3/4 ton truck. Coulnt find anyone to touch the original split rims for new tires. Fit perfect with the offset. Good finish on rims. I added hub caps and beauty rings and they look great.
Yes, My wheels / rims can yesterday. I have already got them mounted on the camper. Haven't but the moon hub caps on yet. Will do that tomorrow if it doesn't rain. Then I'll take pictures and send you.
It's been a pleasure in working with all at etrailer. Everyone has kept me well informed on my order. A special thanks to Suzanne for taken extra time in helping get what I needed. The wheels / rims fit perfect.

Even the tracking process is great and shows the picture of each person who puts hands on ordered products and gets them ready quickly. And I found the right wheels for my vintage trailer that accept baby moon hubcaps. I had searched so hard when I should have gone to etrailer first. They have really refined well their entire knowledge base and overall experience for average Joe shoppers. In an age where you can't do face to face business it makes a big difference for us old school folks who miss that. I just turned 68 and appreciate that kind of thing
This hub took care of my old trailer and made it new again!
Fast shipping, super well packaged to avoid any damage!
Fantastic service !!! I have NEVER received and order so fast !! Ordered on the 30th and receive the very next day !!!!! OUTSTANDING !!!!!
Great wheel, made in USA. Fast shipping, no problems. Thank you
After reading the reviews of other classic camper folks , I went ahead and ordered three of these wheels and baby moon caps. I am very happy with the end result. These are a great replacement for anyone building a teardrop trailer using a standard utility/landscape trailer base, or upgrading an older classic camper. Thank you. Ron
Top notch American made product. Couldn't be happier. Fast shipping. Boxed well.
Identical match to the 3 existing wheels on my 1994 PJ gooseneck trailer.
These wheels are fantastic on my 1962 Fairlane Mayberry car! The price, the finish, the ability to fit a small 9" factory hubcap ... no reason to even look at old, rusted-up steel wheels. Always buy new, quality lugnuts (like Dorman) and remember that these wheels will be lugcentric when you put them on, so install them safely and carefully.
This wheel was a good fit for my 1950 Chevy 36000 (3/4 ton) truck. A great look with the baby moon hubcaps. A nice upgrade due to the service issues with the factory original split rim wheels.

The wheels and baby moon covers were exactly what we hoped they'd be. Transformed our old trailer back to it's original glory. Excellent fit and finish. Definitely recommend etrailer to everyone!
These rims fit my 51 Chevy 3600 perfect. The only thing I recommend is to use stick on wheel weights when balancing the front wheels so the weights don't hit the tie rod end. I used 7.5-16 tires and they fit fine with no issues.
I bought a set of wheels about 6 years ago for my 54 3600 Chevy, needed one more for a spare. As soon as I told the sales person that, they knew what it was and had all of the info for the new order. The whole event took probably less than 5 minutes
