USA Made Trailer Safety Chain Recommendation with 5k Capacity

Question:

I need some US-made trailer chains, and I see you have a couple from Laclede. Your part number 2118-348-04 has the description of what I need 48inch Long Safety Chain with 7/16inch Hooks, 5,000 lbs, but it doesnt match Lacledes part number, which is 2117-591-04. As a matter of fact, your part number for this item doesnt seem to match any of Lacledes part numbers. Im confused.
