For your 2015 Silverado 2500HD 8 foot bed with running boards and a factory installed hitch the Torklift Tie Downs part # TLC4204 and # TLC3215 will be the tie down options you would need.
Then for turnbuckles you would want the part # TLS9526-2-LK.
