Question:

I need to secure a golfcart in my toy hauler camper. I currently secure a ratchet strap to the tied owns installed into the floor. After I arrive, the strap is loose but the brake is still engaged. It doesnt appear to move due to no damage to camper or golfcart. My question is, the location of the tie downs force me to position the golf cart to one side of the toy hauler. Can this system be mounted to 2x10 then secure the board to my tie downs using a strap or turn buckle?

there is nothing that would prevent you from installing the E-Track tie down system # EM09160 in the manner you have described. But since the board is not permanently secured to the floor of the toy hauler there is the possibility of some unwanted movement.

Something you might consider is an axle strap such as # BDW20229. So if you had a D-ring or tie down point in the center of the toy hauler forward of the golf cart you could center the cart and use the axle strap.
