Your truck is most likely going to weigh more than 5,000 lbs. I looked up the weights of your truck and depending on how it is equipped it could weight between 4,299 lbs and 5,470 lbs.
For a very popular tow bar that has up to a 6,000 lb capacity we have the Roadmaster Falcon 2 part # RM-520 which would work well for you.
