Question:

Im looking for a shank that can match up with the e2 WD system and have minimum of 7inch of true and maximum of 11inch already bought one and didnt work out dont wanna have to do again

I went to our warehouse and matched an Equal-i-zer 10K head to a couple shanks for you.

The shank I recommend is the Reese Weight Dist Shank, part # RP3344. When the head is placed in the bottom holes the distance from the ball platform on the head to the top of the shank that slides in your hitch is 8-1/4 inches. That is a little more than the 7 inches you said you needed at minimum. The holes are spaced 1-1/4 inches apart so the next distance form ball platform to the top of the shank would be 7 inches. This is a drop only shank and will work for you.
