Where is TFX250ACQ trailer screw manufactured country or origin? What GRADE is the screw?

My contact at Redline told me that the 2-1/2" Long Torx Trailer Floor and Wall Liner Screw # TFX250ACQ that you referenced is made in America and uses first generation steel. I have narrowed it down to either Grade 60M or 120M. Probably 60M.
