I lost my instructions on how to remove fifthwheel from my truck. Can you help

I attached a link to the install instructions for the B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3500 you referenced plus attached a review video that walks you through the install process. You would basically just need to reverse the steps in the video.
Basically you would want to remove the head of the hitch to lighten it up, then pull the pin under the wheel well of the truck to release the hitch, and then pull the base out of the socket.
