Question:
I did not get instructions with my Curt #13664 hitch. Looking for torque specs and wondering what that means when self installing. Everything else I can handle myself. Thanks in advance.

I attached a link to the install instructions for the part # 13364 that you have. Step 4 has all of the torque specs for the included hardware of the hitch.
You will need a torque wrench like the part # ALL944001 to get the bolts tightened properly. Local auto parts stores will typically allow you to borrow tools like this as well. Basically you would need to use the torque wrench to ensure that you have the bolts tightened properly.
I attached an install video that shows how the torque wrench is used.
