Does this electric jack come with a inline fuse that you can hook up to it.

If you wanted to add an inline fuse to the Bulldog Jack part # BD500188 you certainly could, but it does not come with one.
It has an internal circuit breaker so you could use a fuse holder like part # FLX30357K that comes with a 40 amp fuse that you could use as way to prevent people from running the jack when it is unattended by you.
