No, a supplemental transmission cooler is not going to be required if you aren't towing a trailer with your 2015 Honda Odyssey. But adding a cooler certainly would not hurt since transmission fluid cannot be overcooled and it will help you to get the longest life out of your transmission. Even a small one, # D12901, will help.
