Will the Curt Gooseneck C58CR Fit a 2016 Ram 2500 with Rail Kit

Question:
I have a 2016 Ram 2500 with a factory installed goose neck package. The safety chains on two of my horse trailers will not fit on the safety chain attachment on the truck bed. On of the trailer dealers recommended replacing the MOPAR safety chain attachment with one from Curt. Will this version fit the truck without any modifications to the truck? Thanks,
